Over scheduled. Could not stay one day and them were three hours late as another job about 60 miles away went over. Good crew. No one gave any thought to distance between jobs and need for more time.

They were suppose to arrive at 6 am. Nobody showed. It was impossible to get anyone on line to question them. I tried to cancel several times. The finally got ahold of someone and arrived at 12:25. The guys that came were very nice but pod was packed horribly, large amounts of space was wasted that I needed so I had to unpack half the pod to fit everything in it. Price was way too high for the company service. I do feel that I should have been allowed to cancel and when asked about compensating me for my time, I was told “we can talk about that after they are done.” The man knew darn well he was not going to do anything or call me back like he said. I would never recommend this. Company to anyone. Horrible service and experience.

Never would have thought moving would be this easy. They handled everything with care and just got it all done fast and orderly. They’ve definitely done this for a while and would probably win a Tetris tournament. Highly recommended this team. Thanks for all your help.

EJ and One Unit Moving absolutely crushed it when it came to unloading my PODS, including an antique upright piano. They responded quickly, came prepared and organized and got right to work and were extremely polite and pleasant to work with. I would 100% use this team again!

Michael and his crew were extremely helpful. They came a little late but kept me notified in advance (their previous job ran long). They worked incredibly hard on a hot day and with the added difficulty of having the moving truck on an incline. We'd certainly recommend this group to others.

This crew did an outstanding job. I can’t say enough about the professionalism, communication, and care from each team member. They were able to maximize the POD and got much more in the container than we expected. We were fearful that we’d have to get another POD but we had room to spare! The crew worked as a team and got the job done very efficiently. Would definitely recommend!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Customers can expect a friendly phone call to discuss the details of the move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Follow-up phone calls to make sure everything is in order. Respectable, clean, professional 2 to 4 man team.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure we have a clear path from debris. Fragile pieces or anything you prefer to wrap is already wrapped before the movers arrive. Anything that needs to in a box should be taped and ready to go The process would be much more efficient if these things were already done.
What types of moves have you handled?
We specialize in loading/unloading moving trucks, storage facilities, local, long distance, office moves, junk removals, pack/unpack moves, in-house moves, college dorm moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part is interacting with customers and leaving a smile on their face.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We practice lifting techniques to protect our backs, watch videos on safe loading, and wrapping items etc.
