They worked hard and were careful with items. However, it took longer than it should have, considering they didn't show up with any moving equipment (dollies, tools, etc.) I expected it to be a bit more of a professional operation, but they definitely got the job done.

One unit moving was very responsive when I first made the booking, so I was hopeful. We hired them for load-in, furniture assembly, and load-out for a conference in Buckhead. On the first day, one worker was 45 minutes late, and the rest of the workers were over an hour late. We ended up hiring on-site labor to get the job started, as we were on a tight timeline. On the last day of the conference, one worker showed up 30 minutes late. He did a good job. The other three workers we hired were almost two hours late, and we sent them away because, again, we had to hire on-site help. This service ended up costing me time and money. HireAHelper promptly followed up and issued a refund which was the only positive.

The movers were simply great: willing to problem-solve how to get the stuff to the apartment as fast as possible, came prepared with the appropriate tools and things, and were super nice. I highly recommend them to any moving job. Also, give them as much info as you can as they’ll problem solve any move if they know what they are dealing with.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Customers can expect a friendly phone call to discuss the details of the move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Follow-up phone calls to make sure everything is in order. Respectable, clean, professional 2 to 4 man team.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure we have a clear path from debris. Fragile pieces or anything you prefer to wrap is already wrapped before the movers arrive. Anything that needs to in a box should be taped and ready to go The process would be much more efficient if these things were already done.
What types of moves have you handled?
We specialize in loading/unloading moving trucks, storage facilities, local, long distance, office moves, junk removals, pack/unpack moves, in-house moves, college dorm moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part is interacting with customers and leaving a smile on their face.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We practice lifting techniques to protect our backs, watch videos on safe loading, and wrapping items etc.
