Late arrival. Insisted we get blankets, tape and clear wrap. Took time to locate all these items. Not very friendly and open to suggestions. Insisted thinks be done their way.

Even before my move date, communication was difficult with this company. I had to email and call them three times to ask for the insurance certificate that my condo building requires. On the day of the move, they arrived late (in a rented UHaul) after having a problem with their own van. Sure, these things happen, but it suggests their vehicle maintenance isn't the best.
When they finally arrived (30 minutes past the hour window agreed upon), they were unapologetic and frankly quite rude. They proceeded to load our furniture and belongings very carelessly, knocking boxes over and scraping our floors and walls multiple times.
They got to the PODS location before us and started to load the container. By the time we arrived everything was pretty much in. A few boxes didn't fit, but that's OK so we shipped them with FedEx.
However, the real damage was found when we opened our PODS at our new home. It was clear that these movers have no experience loading a container like this. Furniture with fragile legs was placed on the bottom, sideways, and any way they could think of to make it fit. Sure, it fit, but we had to throw away our coffee table and TV stand because they were crushed due to bad packing. Additionally, they did not bring the plastic wrap that they promised in their profile, which was supposed to protect the furniture from scratches. I provided some furniture pads myself to wrap the most important items, but astoundingly when we opened the PODS, we found one was missing completely, and bizarrely they had unwrapped another one that was housing our electric piano and dumped the blanket on the floor of the container at the back. The piano was badly scratched.
Regrettably I cannot recommend these movers. They may be the cheapest but they are not professional and your things will get damaged.

A customer should have (if not ordered) Moving blankets, shrink wrap, etc. Also Customers should have all breakable items removed from dressers, night stands etc.

We’ve handled Local, Long distance, commercial moves, office moves, debree removal, load swaps etc.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is being faced with a strenuous task and completing that task in the presence of a customer.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training process is basically hands on experience. We have a written format on how we typically load truck. We have our movers study this format until it becomes second nature.
