Relocation with Mighty Mike's Moving

We provide efficient and safe moving labor. Disassembly and assembly of furnishings is always at the discretion of the movers. Packing/Unpacking/Loading/Unloading Any supplies requested will be at an additional cost to the shipper. Heavy pianos and safes over 400# will be an additional $125 each.

The scheduled crew did not call or show up after waiting 2 hours then Mike texts me and asked if they showed up, I said no
He said he could not connect with them either , I asked what am I going to do now. He told me he would have to come take care of it but he was an hour away , I told him to forget it and I will hire someone else but he came anyway he had to pick up someone to help him so they arrived close to 7pm when I booked my appointment from 4-5 pm. The person he had helping him was constantly being told how to move things etc. so Mike keeps yelling at this helper to pick op up this way , lift it that way etc. the job took then about an hour and 15 minutes and I paid for 2 hours.

It was not a good experience and I would not use them again or recommend them

I was trying to avoid damage to the property, since we had to get a very heavy 1 piece roll-top desk up a flight of stairs with a narrow landing in the middle. Many movers would have refused that part of our job, but we successfully accomplished the mission without damage to either the property or the desk. I have to direct the crew to get this result. I apologize that the assigned crew for some unknown reason was not able to do the job, but we did all that was possible to remedy the unfortunate situation for this customer. We always have a 2 hr min and we completed all the expected work as expeditiously as possible. Lori didn't ask us to leave upon arrival, because she obviously needed professional help.

Hired Mighty Mike to both load a truck and then unload. Joe and Brendan were very helpful - showed up on time, inspected the load to plan the truck space, then got busy. Both were very courteous, conscientious about making sure the walls didn’t get scratched, and finished within the allotted time. I would hire them again.

Once they got here it went fast. They brought an extra helper. They did a lot, moved Xtra heavy boxspring to garage. Friendly and polite.

Yeah, 6 hrs late is utterly unacceptable. I completely understand why you only offered a 3 star review. It wasn't Mighty Mike who showed up late. He likes to be on time. Glad the job got done before sunset.
