These guys are amazing. My husband and I had two individuals cancel on us two days before our scheduled move. I found Katinsky services through “Hire A Helper” while doing an internet search. Upon reading the reviews, we decided to use their services. I now see why they have such stellar reviews. They were very professional, quick, and were very careful in moving our belongings not to mention just plain ole nice guys! Thank you Katinsky for such great work. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

They arrived early which was a good sign. However, within 20 minutes one of the workers said he couldn't handle it (subsequently quit) and they had to leave to get someone else from another job. Also, before that person quit, he was moving an armoire and slid it across the wood floor to get it into position. This caused a long scratch in our wooden floor. Once the other guy returned with the replacement person, things went more smoothly. They seemed to work efficiently and take more caution with things. However, not without causing some damage in the beginning. I probably would not use them again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Fast and friendly communication with myself or one of my employees. we will arrive on time the day of the move and ready to work. Moving is very easy with our crew.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our friendly and professional crew will always arrive on time and ready to work. We assist not only with the loading/unloading of the truck but also with packing fragile items as needed.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
I don't think anyone is every truly prepared for moving day. That's where we come in to be of any assistance we can with the moving to make it easier for our customers.
What types of moves have you handled?
We generally do local moves but have in the past done a few long distance. Office moving is always welcome. We are available whether you need to move an entire house or just a few items.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Getting to meet new people all the time.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our movers are trained on how to properly move, wrap and place customers items onto the truck. When it comes to personal belongings there is no room for error.
