Josh and Josh were my movers in Brighton they they were about 10 minutes early and did a great job the only rest they took was the drive from our house to our son's apartment would definitely use these two guys again very very friendly will you be using these guys to move my mother-in-law out of independent living in the future definitely worth the money thank you Brian Queen

Movers were pleasant and efficient - they got the job done, and fairly quickly too. I was, however, disappointed that they showed up not wearing masks while we are in the middle of a pandemic.

I’ve tried contacting someone at Hireahelper for 3 days now, even left messages, and no one is returning my call. The guys from Katinsky Services broke my Pro Butterfly Ping Pong Table, broke sons bunk bed, put scratches, chips and dents in my bedroom furniture and gouged my wall in a couple areas. They didn’t have any moving blankets, plastic wrap (for dressers), or dolly’s with them (owner said that they would), so I had to provide them with whatever I had at the house. I will say that the men were very nice people, they just didn’t do a good job moving my stuff. The owner told me to contact Hireahelper to place a claim and I have tried a few times, but I have yet to hear back from anyone.
As far as moving blankets, plastic wrap and dollies .... We are not responsible for moving blankets and plastic wrap, please check the terms of service with hire a helper and it clearly states you are responsible for those items NOT us. When I spoke with you on the phone you very clearly stated dollies were there at your home available for use.
Other than the damaged items it sounds more to me like your frustrated with hire a helper for not returning calls and taking it out on me in this review.
I do appreciate the business and again I apologize that things didnt go smoothly for you. The guys on that crew were an issue are no longer with us.

The workers were very nice and did a good job. However, I was shocked they didn’t come with any supplies to move the stuff such as a dolly. This made the move take longer as they could only carry little at a time which costed me more money. I don’t know if the company doesn’t provide them with those tools or if that was a mishap on their part.

This crew is awesome. They showed up early, ready to go and friendly. I had a 26’ truck loaded to the gills and they never complained. Polite and efficient. Would not hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to others.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Fast and friendly communication with myself or one of my employees. we will arrive on time the day of the move and ready to work. Moving is very easy with our crew.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our friendly and professional crew will always arrive on time and ready to work. We assist not only with the loading/unloading of the truck but also with packing fragile items as needed.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
I don't think anyone is every truly prepared for moving day. That's where we come in to be of any assistance we can with the moving to make it easier for our customers.
What types of moves have you handled?
We generally do local moves but have in the past done a few long distance. Office moving is always welcome. We are available whether you need to move an entire house or just a few items.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Getting to meet new people all the time.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our movers are trained on how to properly move, wrap and place customers items onto the truck. When it comes to personal belongings there is no room for error.
