They were early and called to give us a time of arrival. Although several pieces were broken bringing them in some was because of the horrible packing crew in Mass.

Two guys, one older and one teen/20-yr. old. They worked hard, asked questions, had to put boxes in lot of different places. They let me know of problems they saw that could've happened en-route, so was better informed.

The movers were very accommodating even after I had to shift times due to issues getting the truck. They were fast and efficient. Masters at Tetris as well when stacking in the truck and storage unit.

We hired them for 2 hours to unload our storage POD. They were excellent! They arrived and got right to work. They were gentle with our boxes and large furniture. They put everything together and placed the large items where we requested they be placed. We highly recommend them!!

I apologize for not remembering their names but they showed on time and we had good conversation while waiting for the truck to arrive. They handled my things with care and situated them perfectly for me. Would definitely recommend and will use again!

The two men unloaded the container and re-assembled the bed and dining table within two hours. They also brought damages to our attention as they came across the piece with damage. They were personable and conscientious.

The Ferguson brothers team helped me load the storage POD after the storm when my home was damaged. They showed up on time, were respectful, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. You could tell they were experienced movers. This was a great blessing to me during a stressful time.

Calvin and Kennith came and knocked out our truck unload. I had scheduled with just a couple days notice and they were able to get it done. They kept in constant communication and were even done early. Highly recommend.

They showed up a little bit early, (which was ideal, because rainy weather was on the way), and cheerfully hauled some pretty heavy stuff through muddy conditions. They fully unloaded my pod, (which I hadn’t thought possible), with zero damage to property. 10/10 would recommend and will probably retain their services in the future.

Smart Move made everything easy. They were great with communications before the move so I could plan for moving my belongings from moving containers into self storage. The two-man team was careful and thoughtful in moving all my belongings. I’m already planning to have them move my stuff from self-storage into my home.

The guys were great, Logan, Desmond, and Billy. Very friendly and personable. If the need arises in the future, I will not hesitate to call! Thanks again!
