Avoid these guys if you want to have unloaders that show up and help you with your move! Off the Grid cancelled 2 hours before the job's start time!!! In my job listing for unloading a storage Pod on my moving day, I said, "My son is high risk for COVID so please wear a mask." Jason at Off the Grid accepted the job right away. But several days later when I texted him a friendly reminder to wear a mask, he replied, "I’m not doing this...I’m sorry but I’m not going to risk fighting with you guys and then getting a bad review over a mask... all I see is a bad review coming. We do not play the Covid card here in Idaho. You are more than welcome to believe what you want." Then he immediately cancelled the job! It was 2 hours before the job was scheduled to start! He thought that if he cancelled the job, his company would not get a bad review....I guess he was wrong since you are reading this!

Mover's response:

Thanks for being professional about it. Maybe next time you can try taking 200-300lb items up and down your stairs with restrictive breathing and see if it’s as easy as it looks. You could have just left your child in another room while we unloaded, but you insisted not to. The child should be nowhere near us anyways carrying heavy items! This customer has lack of respect for hard working people and her attempt to write a bad review when we refused to do the job because of her lack of cooperation shows it. Then she send me multiple rude texts and then ends with “**** you, I’ll find a way to write you a bad review”. Just the type of people we want here. :)

Movers arrived in time. Worked hard and were very fast and efficient. Jason and Julian were pleasant, respectful, and did an excellent and professional job. Would highly recommend! Will use them again when I need some great movers!

Fast, timely and efficient. Only great things to say. Had a 28 ft shipping container that needed to be unloaded—we had started the night before and got a quarter the way through. The crew got that unloaded safely, quickly and even swept up. Highly recommended.

Jason was wonderful! He kept in touch from the start and even though I gave him an incorrect address (Street instead of Avenue) he called, found the correct address within 5 minutes and never missed a beat. Jason and his helper were professional, quick and worked well in a slippery, slushy mess. I highly recommend Off the Grid and will use them again when needed!!
