Pushed to get paid before the job was done, no show second day wouldn't answer phone calls/ immediately hangs up. Reported him to the police, my credit card fraud department, BBB, u haul and hire a helper. This guy is a fraud and a cheat. Stay away from "Off The Grid Moving".

The experience was good and I would recommend it. We had a lot of the move done ourselves but we had some heavy furniture and boxes that needed to go down a flight of stairs. We knew we were not able to do that. These guys not only did it but did it quickly and with a smile. Glad we went with this option. Would use them again.

Before any movers are allowed on a job they must got through training on proper lifting techniques and other safety items first, as well as proper techniques for loading, unloading, stacking, etc. All training is done prior to first job.
