First they changed our unloading time to be 2 hours earlier. We were fine with that. Then the 2 guys show up 30 minutes late. By this time my husband had unloaded quite a bit by himself. After the late arrival, it was all done in 1 hour but of course we had to pay a 2 hour minimum. It was a company relo, so at least the money didn’t come out of our checkbook. But really, can’t you be on time if you already made us change our schedule to suit your needs?

Some educational tips for you. The moving labor industry has 2 main policies or rules. #1. The 2 hour minimum is a charge because you can't get people to come help you for less than a reasonable fee. #2 1-2 hour arrival window is required Due to customer issues with underestimating time needed to help them and we sometimes find ourselves working longer than expected and throwing our schedule off or in our area traffic can cause arrival problems. One other bit of education for you is that it is extremely hard to find people who want to do this kind of work so being short staffed all of the time requires trying to line up multiple jobs for our helpers thus the request for a schedule change. It is your move and we are coming to "HELP" you with your move. If your husband wanted us to do everything then he should have waited for us to arrive. We are happy to help do it all. Your rating seems a little harsh over a 30 minute wait considering you didn't have to pay for it. Sounds like an ungrateful customer to me. Hope you find happiness some day.

I was called the evening before the move wanting to know if I was flexible in time for the next days move. I wasn’t because I had a truck that needed to be returned. The two guys that showed up were nice and respectful and doing the best that they could. The guys showed up within the agreed upon window of time. They didn’t seem as if they had much moving experience vs other movers that I’ve used. They showed up with no tools to put a bed back together and to remove a door off of its hinge. I had to provide those tools. Unbeknownst to me the bolts for the headboard and footboard were set in place but never tightened.

Sorry we couldn't make you happy. You had the A#1 team with the most experience and the most 5 star reviews. So 2 stars because your bed screws were not as tight as you wanted? We hope you find happiness some day.

Cameron and James are great! They cared about our stuff. There were sentimental and fragile items that mean a lot to my mom, and they took extra care of those. They were extremely helpful and kind. I will use them again without a doubt and will recommend them.
No BS is very lucky to have them; they are an asset to the business.

Juan and his crew showed up on time and were able to get our two 16 ft pods packed efficiently. We had more stuff than would fit in two containers, plus our house is raised on piers. Juan and team stayed calm and got the job done. They focused on getting all our large and difficult items into the pods. I highly recommend ‘In & Out No BS Loading & Unloading LLC’ for your moving needs.
