The two guys that helped us out were Amazing!! They were early and they were even willing to stay extra to complete the job. They were very careful with all of our stuff. They were extremely hard workers. They were exhausting to watch. We have hired others to help with similar moves but have never felt so relaxed and trusting. We are both disabled and unable to do this by ourselves, so it was nice to have such professionals helping us out. M & A are highly recommended by my wife and I. I used to own my own business and would like to say that they deserve a raise or some type of bonus. Thank You and have a Wonderful and Blessed Day.

The guys were on time, worked fast, and hard. They cooperated with my instruction as to placement of items, etc. However, the following items were broken: a leg on my Vizio 55" TV (which they didn't tell me about, but they put a ball of tape where the broken piece is, so as to help level the TV); A medium-size plant pot (two pieces broke off, and a crack runs through the depth of the pot; and the base of my blender, which I've had for 19 years, and kept in pristine condition. I have taken photos of all, and I know they took photos of the blender and plant pot, but maybe not the TV leg. I spoke with Rick (the movers' manager) of In and Out No BS, and he took note of these discrepancies. He said Hire a Helper has insurance to cover such losses but didn't give me an idea of how I can put in a claim. So please advise me as to the next steps to take, and I will also submit photos if requested.

Very thankful for the last minute booking and for the help! We moved from CO to FL, and while we were driving we realized we had not booked movers! But in & out movers were there to help us out! They new how to move everything from gun safe to small items. They pointed out what items were damaged during the move, and how to fix it! We really appreciate the help and WILL be calling if we need anything in the future!
