Kevin the owner was extremely friendly and communicative leading up to the move. However, after they were done and left we realized they (not sure which of the 4 movers) drank our beer. Not only did they help themselves to something that wasn't theirs but I don't want my movers drinking in the job. I doubt the owner knew that was happening but I'm not sure. We also had an antique chair break in the move, and it's an antique and can't be replaced. The movers who unloaded the load (different company) said it was because it wasn't packed tight enough. One of the movers also asked for us to buy him something to eat -- this is something we usually do anyway depending on the time of day, but it was pretty presumptuous to ask. Overall, the owner was very nice but I don't think we'd use them again.

KDhart were excellent! They arrived on time. The two man crew immediately entered my apartment, received directions and began working. I'd like to point out that the weather was horrible. Mr. KD called me prior to his arrival time to ensure that I was not being delayed due to the weather. He also inquired about additional tools such as funiture coverings, the dolly, and even tape and boxes. I'd recommend Mr. KD and his crew to anyone looking avoid small talk and get straight to business. I had a 2 bedroom apartment, fully furnished, and they finished the job in less time than I booked. I had the apartment packed and stacked and they took it from there. Most importantly about this helper and his crew, they were very professional. If and when someone ask, I will give them the information for KDHart.

Very good communication! I was called when the work order was placed and also called the day before the job for verification. The crew called me when they were on the way to the job location and arrived on time. They worked quickly and efficiently, but were also friendly. As the work was being completed, I enjoyed our conversations. These guys were super nice to have in my home. They were extra careful with my items and also made sure they were located where I wanted them. I would definitely recommend them to others and would certainly use their services again.
