These guys were great. They were running a little behind from a previous job that day; however it all worked out. We had large and heavy furniture and stairs in both locations. They kept moving and finished in a great time. They were careful, professional and nothing broke. I highly recommend and would use them again.

Avid Movers were on time and moved quickly. My only complaint is that I had a piano that needed moving, and I mentioned that when I booked them online, AND when I spoke with them several times prior to them coming. However, once they got there and saw the piano, they not only avoided moving it until the end of their shift, but they called Hire a Helper to complain. Hire a Helper ended up calling me to explain the policy. I told the representative that I put my request in writing on the website and spoke with the movers about the piano. The representative told me that I would need to work this out with the movers. I ended up having to pay an extra hour for them to move the piano. Not sure if I would use this company or Hire a Helper again at this point.

They arrived a little late but made up for it in helpfulness and dedication to the job. We unloaded a 26 foot Truck loaded to three feet in two hours. Meanwhile, Thomas stacked in the Storage room like an engineer. Great Job! Will hire them again when we move the house.
