Victor and his team member were prompt, professional, polite and got the job done! They introduced themselves, then immediatly observed the items to be loaded, communcaited their action plan and went to work! I really appreciate them taking our service request same day, and handling everything with such care! The way they loaded the U Haul van allowed for us to unload in only 1 hour!!!

The two guys that came were very very friendly and respectful but first things first.. I gave a inventory list prior to them arriving so they should have known what to expect.. yes I had a lot of things.. but the inventory list shows this.. I thought that the bigger items should be loaded first then the smaller items and I packed majority of my things in totes and garbage bags so they can be piled and stacked after the bigger items.. well long story short I had to have the job redone and ended up leaving 3 hours after planned again they were very polite respectful and friendly but I feel for 258.. the job could have been done slightly better..
