John 3:16 Movers - A Local Oak Forest Moving Company

This was the morning of the big snowstorm. Mr Stukas lives on a campground with no phone reception within a 2.5 mi radius of the campground. The phone directory was out of order which I was not told by customer who knew we wouldnt be able to call him when we arrived to inform him we were there. We waited 30 min at the gate until another resident let us in and proceeded to search this huge campground before finding out his place was on a huge hill which our car was unable to climb during this blizzard. We had to drive off the campground back 2.5 mi to where we last got reception to inform Mr Stukas he'd have to meet us at the gate. We drove 2 hr to Buchanan, Mi from Oak Forest in treacherous weather when others would've cancelled. Customer couldve easily informed us he'd meet us at the gate as we wouldnt be able to get in but did not. Knowing all this was the reason we got started late and leaving us an unfavorable review is unfortunate. But hopefully after reading this response and all the 5 star reviews prior to this, potential customers will be able to discern this circumstance.
