The 2 workers were very nice, but they showed up almost an hour late. I had almost everything in the garage separated in 2 areas, 1 for the truck and another for the trailer. One of the guys asked me several times wear I wanted an item loaded. I couldn’t have made it any easier by having everything separated on each side of the garage. I was not impressed by their loading abilities, they loaded all the boxes first and then loaded all the big items, which wasted a lot of room bye not using the boxes to fill in voids. I had to take over on loading my trailer as they we not loading it efficiently to get everything inside of it. When the 2 hrs. Was up I was going to keep them for 1 more hour to help finish loading a bunch of smaller items, but one of the gentleman told me he had to leave to go to his regular job. Wtf. You are supposed to be able to pay extra money for more time. I think he needs to stay at his regular job.

Mover's response:
The arrival window was 8-9 am. The guys arrived at 8:45 am which is on time. Boxes are packed first to maximize space, as most customers understand. The guys didn't have to leave after scheduled time to attend 'regular job'. They had another appt right after, so they couldn't stay after booked time on this rare occasion.

Victor and Don were fantastic! They were on time, and worked extremely efficiently. They were conversational, though still worked at the same time. Great care was taken for the items, and it was expertly packed into the truck like a game of Tetris. I would hire these guys without reservation at all! It is refreshing to see such great service!

Great bunch of guys went above and beyond to get the move done in the scheduled time frame. Nothing broken or damaged and even disassembled a desk and reassembled on the other side. Thanks John 3:16

Due to the snowfall on Monday, the helpers came about 1-1/2 hours too late. This affected our ability to drop off items when planned and the return of the truck on time. I think they left at least an hour too late.
Otherwise, they were respectful of our property. I would probably not use them again.

Mover's response:
This was the morning of the big snowstorm. Mr Stukas lives on a campground with no phone reception within a 2.5 mi radius of the campground. The phone directory was out of order which I was not told by customer who knew we wouldnt be able to call him when we arrived to inform him we were there. We waited 30 min at the gate until another resident let us in and proceeded to search this huge campground before finding out his place was on a huge hill which our car was unable to climb during this blizzard. We had to drive off the campground back 2.5 mi to where we last got reception to inform Mr Stukas he'd have to meet us at the gate. We drove 2 hr to Buchanan, Mi from Oak Forest in treacherous weather when others would've cancelled. Customer couldve easily informed us he'd meet us at the gate as we wouldnt be able to get in but did not. Knowing all this was the reason we got started late and leaving us an unfavorable review is unfortunate. But hopefully after reading this response and all the 5 star reviews prior to this, potential customers will be able to discern this circumstance.

They accepted my request for moving even though it was very last minute. On a Sunday no less. I probably made these guys leave church early to assist me. They were very helpful and moved my items quickly. I highly recommend them.

They came out in the middle of a snowstorm. They unloaded my truck fast as could be never complained even though all of our heavy stuff needed to go upstairs. They were happy, courjal, and pleasant to be around. I would recommend them to anybody.
