The Good.

Good at use of space in the truck.

The Bad.

Slow and takes many breaks. I have moved 5 times in the last 2 years with the same amount of stuff.(all used different teams from Hirehelper) They are the first team that did not finish. I had all of my stuff in my mothers garage for storage and did not require them to go up or down stairs. The teams I used before for loading was able to finish in the same amount of time loading while going up and down the stairs. I spent another hour loading the rest by myself and I have back problems. I was willing to pay for an extra hour just for them to finish, but they had another job and could not stay.

Mover's response:
The arrival for this job was 12-1. We called ahead of time and were allowed to start at 10. We got there and got right to work we loaded the entire garage with no breaks and also moved with haste. We finished the garage at 12:30 and didn't charge him the extra 30 min. Customer informed us the rest was in the house but were just bags of clothes and insured us he'd personally toss them in later and never mentioned any back problems, otherwise we would've insisted. If so, we would've called our next customer, explain the situation, and stayed a little extra. He did not inform us that he needed us to stay when we asked him if there was anything else he needed help with. The 'breaks' being referred to must be the time or two the customer came out and saw Jess briefly examining the items inside the truck to determine which item should be staged next. We do not take breaks, even on large jobs. Please see prior reviews for confirmation.

My movers showed up on time, were very courteous, worked hard, and had great ideas about how to fit my property in my limited space cargo truck. They worked very hard to get my stuff unloaded at my new apartment in our time window. I am grateful for their professionalism and service.
