Customer was being evicted with sheriff on the premises and was not happy. I spoke to Ms D before the job to get details as usual. Among the normal details, she mentioned she had a couch that needed to be thrown out next to the dumpster downstairs which I told her was no problem of course. The equipment Ms D is referring to was a rope to hoist down a couch from a 3rd floor apartment balcony, which she never asked us to bring, for if she had, I would've kindly informed her that we do not utilize those types of ultra risky approaches. However, we had no problem getting the couch out of the apartment and downstairs the normal way with no issue. We made it a point to highlight to Ms D the scratches that were on her items before we touched them, as we have experienced movers get blamed for preexisting blemishes. We were super careful with all of her belongings as normal (please see prior reviews) and did not add any new 'scratches'. Lastly, we were booked for 2 hrs to perform both the load and unload of a truck that statistically takes two pro movers 3 hrs to load only (according to Google). We moved at our normal speed which is usually congratulated by customers, without taking any breaks.

Previous customer (elderly couple) underestimated their job a tad. Informed Ms Abraham of the circumstance and asked if we could move arrival up one hr, as we did not want to abandon our customer before her, which she seemed ok with. We moved fast on both jobs without taking any breaks or breathers and finished Ms Abrahams job 30 min before time purchased. Once again, we do apologize and thank you Ms Abraham for your patience on this rare occurrence.
