They didn’t use any blankets or pads which were provided for any of my furniture.. scratches in multiple pieces and a broken bar cart. They were kind and cooperative but I had to teach one of them how to even use a hand truck. They also left heavy box for me as none of them wanted to lift it. Very nice guys and worked with me to get the job done it just wasn’t done very well.

They had no moving equipment with them (carts, Dollie’s, straps). If Public Storage didn’t have carts, they wouldn’t have been able to carry the heavy items.
