Showed up late and stated we are only a half hour late, I assume late is the normal for rhis group. Did not take care with my furniture. Scratches, paint from door on my couch. Ran a rocking chair straight into door frame. Left dressers in the room laying on their side.
Spent way to much money for terrible service. I would like some of my money back.

Very accommodating (I had to shift my move in date and time) and great communicators on the day of the move. KJ reached out to let me know when they were in the area (early) and they were very patient as we were running a few minutes behind. They finished unloading much quicker than expected and were very careful to strategically place everything so it was secure. Great experience and would hire again!

I used this crew to help me move out a couple years ago, and to help me move in yesterday and both times they do a great a job, they hustle, they take care of what they're moving and treat your items with respect, couldn't ask for a better outfit, I doubt I'll be looking further for future needs.

Go Hard Transports did a great job helping us move! They arrived early and the two people there were up to the challenge of moving our house (2 BR plus basement). We probably should have hired more people than we did but they were nice about it and got the job done, and stayed an extra two hours to unload in the new house. They even called an extra person to assist. Only thing was to make sure you suggest/provide baggies for any screws or bolts from the furniture. Overall I would use them again or recommend them to a friend!
