Very accommodating (I had to shift my move in date and time) and great communicators on the day of the move. KJ reached out to let me know when they were in the area (early) and they were very patient as we were running a few minutes behind. They finished unloading much quicker than expected and were very careful to strategically place everything so it was secure. Great experience and would hire again!

I used this crew to help me move out a couple years ago, and to help me move in yesterday and both times they do a great a job, they hustle, they take care of what they're moving and treat your items with respect, couldn't ask for a better outfit, I doubt I'll be looking further for future needs.

Go Hard Transports did a great job helping us move! They arrived early and the two people there were up to the challenge of moving our house (2 BR plus basement). We probably should have hired more people than we did but they were nice about it and got the job done, and stayed an extra two hours to unload in the new house. They even called an extra person to assist. Only thing was to make sure you suggest/provide baggies for any screws or bolts from the furniture. Overall I would use them again or recommend them to a friend!

Pros- Quick, efficient, kept updated as to arrival, personable
Cons- arrived an hour after end of reserved window, not very organized in loading of truck. They moved everything to one location inside which was good, but then seemed to take things out randomly. We ended up spending 45 mins. after they left rearranging items in the truck until we felt comfortable. Also, they wrapped two upholstered items for us that did not end up totally covered (luckily they were fine). We had two pieces of better furniture that I had to ask them to take special care with.
For just a quick move with things you aren't very worried about, they would be fine. If you have better pieces and are particular, you might try someone else. If we had tried to manage their loading, we would have been happier.

Romale and Jonathan were awesome. They were on time even though our truck was 2 hours late. They stayed there longer than they were scheduled and got everything loaded onto the truck.
They were organized and very efficient and I would recommend them both to anyone.
