Team was set to arrive between 8 and 9. Around 9:50, I repeatedly tried to call the number and got voicemail and then sent at text. Ten minutes later I was told they were en route and would call me with an ETA. An HOUR AND A HALF later, I have not received a call or text and have to ask again where they were and when they would be arriving. About 10 minutes later I was called and told they were on their way and their prior job took longer than expected. When I questioned how they could have a prior job given my start time was 8 - 9, they said I needed to be patient with them because they were short staffed. Once they arrived at 12:35 PM, they starting moving items to the PODS. I asked REPEATEDLY if there was concern about everything not fitting in the pods, but was repeatedly told they thought they could make it work. Mid way through packing, they had to stop to unpack after they packed items we told them not to pack. Found out later there were some other items packed that should not have been, but it was too late at that point. In the end, it did not all fit (not directly their fault), we had to then scramble last minute to rent a truck since they arrived so late. I also had to reschedule our cleaning crew who was supposed to come that afternoon but couldn't due to the late arrival, and we were late to another engagement due to the late arrival since we couldn't leave the house before they were complete. They also damaged a stairwell that needed to be repaired quickly and after the fact I found mattress bags that were not used, so they did not wrap a mattress set that is now sitting in storage in a humid climate, so that could be ruined as well. I read one bad review and the rest were good, so I thought the bad one was a fluke, but I can say I would never hire this company again.

They showed up slightly after time window so we were nervous they weren't showing up. The mananagement wouldn't confirm they were coming so I had to start loading the truck. We did probably 1/2 the work and they only were there for 1.5 hours of their 3 hour paid time. They also broke our couch and wouldn't help resolve the issues and Hire A Helper is not any help either.

These guys worked their tails off and finished ahead of schedule. Courteous and very careful in handling furniture and fragile items. ZERO damage to our household goods or walls.

My arrival window that was scheduled was between 4:00pm and 5:00pm. No show and no call. Finally got a text back that said they would still be arriving sometime.
The crew eventually made it at 8:30pm. Wasted 3.5 hours of my evening. Ultimately meaning that my family wasn’t able to sleep in our new house for an additional night. Other than the poor scheduling and no heads up that this could be the case, the crew that arrived was excellent. They worked harder than I could have expected. I would certainly hire them again, I’d just be prepared that arrival timing would not be guaranteed.

Amazing crew!! You need to hire these movers!! Fast and very professional great guys. Got a huge move done in under the time frame and were right on time.

Steve and Sidney were great! Below are a few highlights that we really appreciated:
1) They texted me an hour ahead of time to let me know their time of arrival at my house.
2) The guys showed up and were both polite and professional. They were ready to work. We walked through the house so I could show them all of the stuff we needed loaded into the POD. I asked for their recommendations on what order to pack stuff and Steve took charge and was ready to make sure our belongings were cared for and packed properly into the POD.
3) These young men work hard and efficiently! They didn't stop unless I slowed them down to ask them questions.
4) Once we finished packing the POD, I had a bunch of lumber in my basement that I needed to move outside to the garbage and they said they'd be happy to move it for me. This was a huge relief because I wasn't going to be able to move it on my own.
Overall, I had 3 "Go Hard Transports" crews at my house in 3 weeks. Each team was great and very professional!
In addition to the team doing the heavy lifting, their back office team was hugely helpful when our schedule changed at the last minute and I needed to change the dates for their crew to be onsite. "Nez" was 100% focused on helping me get covered for my new schedule. He was a huge help!
That all said, I would absolutely recommend the "Go Hard Transport" team to my family and friends! They are professional, kind and caring about their customers property and our needs...
