They arrived on time, and got right to work. They were very willing, and polite. I think they are relatively new to the packing / moving business, it would be helpful to have someone show them basic "tricks of the trade" (ie: taping closed mattress bags, how to arrange things in the truck so nothing falls over, etc...). They finished loading in an hour, so we asked them to clean one bathroom (their website offers cleaning as one of their services). They could use some instruction on how to clean a bathroom. But what they did do in there enabled me to really clean that bathroom more quickly.

Wonderful job done by the crew and excellent timely responses from the company. I absolutely recommend these guys to everyone. I myself have been in the business and will am for the past 6 years. I had to arrange a move for a customer of mine farther from our coverage so this company did an outstanding job helping my customer.

The Good:
Called with ETA that was correct. Arrived within predetermined time frame. Introduced themselves upon arrival. Moved heavy items from truck and placed in appropriate rooms Very polite and respectful of people and items being moved.

Points for improvement:
A bit slow moving. We helped unload the truck to get it done as each trip up one flight of steps seemed to take awhile.
No working knowledge of how to put furniture/beds together; however, responded well to instruction and got it done.
Overall good service!!! I was very impressed to see 2 young men be so respectful and willing to fulfill their obligations to the last minute..... AND accept direction well!

The two gentlemen phoned before arriving and they were on time. I showed them everything I had and told them not to worry if they can't fit it all in the rental truck. I had a lot of boxes and heavy furniture. I was amazed at how fast they loaded everything in just two hours. I couldn't figure out how they fit everything in. These two guys were excellent. Very efficient and experienced in loading and packing. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know who needs helpers. THANK YOU GO HARD TRANSPORTS FOR PROVIDING EXCELENT STAFF.
