Overall: they are great guys and I would hire them again.
We had a Penske truck, so we hired Go Hard just for the labor - moving things down one flight of stairs from the 2nd floor and then back up about 6 steps into the first floor of our new place.
They were a little delayed due to a job that ran late earlier in the day, but they proactively communicated with me about the delay. Once they arrived, they got to work and killed it. So strong, really hard-working, very cautious with our furniture; we have several antiques, so this was really appreciated.
They worked through lunch and I know they had been booked before and after our job, so I got them some sandwiches, bananas, and water. Although it would have been completely fine in my eyes, they did not touch the refreshments until all of our items were moved it. Very focused and dedicated.

This team was the best! They reported on time and worked the whole day and then some. The team were cheerful and very cooperative and assertive. The team made my move very easy and efficient. They were 35 minutes late, but did call to inform me that they were held up in traffic due to the weather. Both workers worked hard, however, They were not prepared for the job. In making the appointment, I informed the representative that a stove and fridge was in the items to be moved. They had no tools, e.g wrench or screwdriver which I provided. I do not believe that one worker had any experience in moving furniture. He had to be directed on every step and was too quick in attempting to dismantle items. I would not use this team again.

My service was ok but I would not use this service again or recommend them to others. I requested two workers and they sent me a male and a female, which is fine if the female is able to lift and move the furniture. Unfortunately, this was not the case and they asked my husband to help her lift a piece of furniture. We hired movers because we don't want to move stuff ourselves. Secondly, we were scheduled for load and unload. The workers tried to leave before finishing the job until their supervisor told them that they were scheduled for an unload. Then, we requested an extra hour and one of the workers tried to tell us that we had to pay $100 in cash when it clearly says on the website that extra hours are $50 and can be paid with a credit card.

Find another option!!! Positives: we very last minute decided to get help unloading our uhaul and they were available and showed up on time. Negatives: They couldn't care less about taking care with our items - throwing stuff around, dumping it on the floor wherever, upside down, etc. Guys broke literally 2 out of 4 of the only items we specifically asked them to be extra careful with. In one case they tried to hide this by throwing the broken-off desk leg in a random garbage bag. The other antique table was hit into a door so hard the whole foot broke off and now there's a nice deep scratch in the wall. Owner is extremely unprofessional. I called to complain and he said, "You have things that cost thousands of dollars and you call movers for $50 an hour?" WHAT? Are you saying you don't trust your own company?? He also said he would call his guys to "hear their side of the story now that I've heard yours," and never called me back. I should have realized we'd need more help and reserved actual real movers far in advance.

I have already told my friends not to recommend or hire this company. They arrived over two hours late and I was not able to contact them with the phone numbers they provided. When I called their store, they were closed. They damaged several pieces of mine including all four posts on my bed, the entire frame, and the head and foot boards. They also dropped one of my dressers and broke the marble top. The other dresser has scratches all over it's top too. They packed the truck so poorly that my father and I were forced to repack parts of the truck so more items would fit. Due to a lack of time, we were unable to reload the entire truck so I had to throw items away I was planning on moving. There is more, but I will leave you with this. One of the movers tried to leave without giving me my work gloves back that I let him borrow. This was as they were trying to leave for the second time before the job was done.

Here is what went well:
Shannon and Rakim were outstanding at packing and filling our PODS container. They did not waste space, and they were exceptionally careful with our items. Honestly, that was what was most important to me.
Also, for the price, I feel that they offered reasonable value.
What could have gone better:
I booked three helpers and two arrived. Most of the time was spent with one helper wrapping and another in the car. Shannon explained that he didn't know I'd booked three, but felt the job only needed two helpers, and that he can wrap faster alone than with help. Helpers also arrived late. That said, Shannon was courteous and professional about starting the clock when the actual work started.
If a 3.5 star rating were possible, I'd give it, because I feel that their service was better than ok, but I do expect good communication around how they plan on filling a PODS container in the time I booked, especially when so much of the helpers' time was not spent loading.
Ultimately, they filled the PODS container for less than what I thought we'd have to pay, so we're going with them again to fill the second PODS.
