- called at 8:00 am., Left a voice mail
- Called again at 8:03 to let me know they are here ( with no heads up of atleast 15-20 as requested the day before)
Inspite of having a call with the manager and Rio a day in advance. I even requested the manger to come in and check out the place since the pods was already here. No proactive response from the manager
- Started work at 8:20 am
- 8:50 to 9:00 am bathroom break( no work)
- Finished at 11 :20
The manager sent a rookie to accompany Rio - who didn't know the nuan es of handling the furniture. He did a good job in all the small items but heavy items -
The new paint got scrapped with Dinges here and there.
