The guys did a great job! 2 hours was more than enough time to load up a POD for my 1 BR, but everything was wrapped up and in boxes beforehand. I was worried I wouldn't have enough space, but they managed to fit everything with room to spare! I'm very happy I hired professionals.

Professional, fast and efficient. Booked 3 workers for 4 hours to pack a 3 bedroom house and they were done in about 2 1/2! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Noah and his team were the best and a lifesaver! Highly recommended!

My two movers were great! Super nice and it was the second time I had Carlos! He’s awesome and his partner, though I’m forgetting his name but it started with a P, was equally very kind and accommodating. Highly recommend!!

Noah, Carlos and little Carlos were wonderful ! very organized. They were able to get our 16 foot pod packed tightly safely and ready for its trip to North Carolina. We are so happy with their efficiency and skill. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you!.

One of the helpers, Carlos, was very good. He was efficient, knew what to do - and surprise: he even had brought his own tools! The other, let’s call him Mr. K was inexperienced, but worse, he seemed intent on just letting the clock run its course. Not only was he clueless on any furniture assembly, I had to teach him hire to use a screwdriver- and he hadn’t heard of the difference between a flat and a Phillips screw. But he was not even good for muscle work - he waited around for Carlos or us to prompt him each step of the way. We feel that - (1) we should be able to book for less than a 2-hour minimum; but more importantly, (2) that we paid for two helpers and got help from only one.

I highly recommend ProLoad. They showed up on time prepared for the job, and were incredibly friendly and professional. I rented a truck on the smaller side, and they expertly fixed everything securely in the truck! One of the best moving experiences I've had in San Francisco.
