Only great things to say! They called the night before letting me know another job was probably going to run long to see if I was flexible with timing (I was). Called to let me know they were on their way. Were fast, efficient and friendly. They actually finished faster than we had allotted because of that. Knowledgeable and prepared - provided a great experience. Thank you!!!

Keving and DeDe were outstanding. They were running late but we were notified of that. They cared for all of our belongings as if it was their own. Kind, polite, and very helpful. THey worked very hard carrying large pieces of furniture downstairs from a third floor apartment with no problems. I would definitely use Silverback again.

Not only were they on time----they were early. Prepared for the job????? Not a wasted motion. They did not stop moving the whole time they were here. Was thrown a curve at the weight of one of the objects (REALLY heavy) and just went about moving it as though it was nothing. Very respective of our belongs, and property. Not only would we use them again, if there were 6 stars, that is what we would give them. They worked for us on really short notice on Memorial Day when others did not want work on a holiday.

Kevin & Reggie from Silverback Packing & Moving were absolutely amazing. We booked last minute, and right from the start, they were extremely accommodating. They were both perfect gentlemen, they didn't require any extra direction other than which rooms to place a few items, and they were *so* quick. Seriously, it took four of us four hours to load everything into the truck (and we had an elevator). They unloaded EVERYTHING into our home in LESS THAN AN HOUR. And they had to walk up a flight of steps. So amazing. Thank you guys so much, we'll be using you the next time we move, and recommending you to our people!

Noah, the operations manager, called ahead to let us know they were running a bit late which was not a problem for us. Kevin & Eddie did a terrific job loading our POD. They also helped us securely pack our 52" flat screen TV and the entertainment center which consisted of 3 huge glass shelves. We had pretty much packed everything else ourselves ahead of their arrival. Both Kevin & Eddie worked extremely hard, were polite and respectful. They wrapped pretty much all of our furniture that I felt needed special attention. Just be sure to purchase plenty of moving blankets, plastic wrap and tape to have available for these guys to use. I had purchased 24 moving blankets, and they used all of them. It was well worth it, especially for long distance moves and if stuff will be in storage for awhile! I would not hesitate to hire Kevin & Eddie again if needed.

Both gentlemen arrived on the job early. They were prepared with their tools and equipment. They both worked very hard. There was so much to do that we ended up keeping them on for an additional 3 hrs. They were respectful of our house and belongings. We would definitely use them again.
