They were late and inexperienced. We had quite a bit of damage to our furniture. What should have taken no more than 4 hours, took 8. The truck was packed poorly. The experienced people left to go to another job and left us with the inexperienced ones. I cannot recommend this company.

I was so happy to schedule last minute help for my parents move. HireAHelper was awesome!! However, Silverback Packing & Moving was the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. Some of the issues: Poor communication - owner never showed up after texting he would be there is just part of, workers that did show were over 2 hours late, head mover in sandals and not appropriate moving attire, one guy fell off the truck - I hope he's okay, then charge me for 3 hours when it was 2 hours 45 minutes with everyone taking at least two breaks. I just wanted them out of there. They were nice enough people and got the job done, but I would never work with them again.

Richard and Anthony were on time, were very engaged with us, and took very seriously all our input and requests. They moved all the house furniture from the garage and back patio back into the house in two hours. We had moved it out to have the hard wood floors throughout the house refinished. Both were very friendly and worked hard and carefully. There wasn't a scratch on our new floors when they were done I recommend them and would use them again.

They were a little late but did call to let me know. I was a bit frustrated because it was past the alloted time window. When they arrived they were really great. Worked really hard and went above and beyond getting everything moved especially my couch which was very difficult.

These guys are awesome. They showed up sort of late because of a miscommunication on their bosses part, but once they got to my place they busted their butts to get everything moved in just under 2 hours.

Both of the gentlemen who assisted with unloading the truck at my apartment in Napa were excellent. They were speedy, professional and offered excellent advice regarding loading a large bed frame into the upstairs bedroom which took quite a bit of maneuvering. I appreciated how efficient and fast they both worked. I highly recommend Silverback Packing and Moving. DRS
