Speed Loaders did an excellent job unloading and moving our furniture and boxes in Carlsbad. They are a company to at takes pride in their work and are very customer focused. Shantel was a pleasure to deal with and she brightened my day with her positive energy. Their customer focus was evident in everything she said. Alejandro and Prentes were on time and very courteous. They were receptive to my directions and unloaded and moved our items very carefully and exactly where we wanted. They didn’t damage a single item and they reinforced the Speed Loaders’ customer focus.
I would definitely use Speed Loaders again and highly recommend them.

Arrived late
Fragile boxes with up arrows were placed upside-down and caused damage to my belongings.
Moved so fast to get done before the 2 hours that they weren't paying attention to where boxes go. I had to move half of the boxes they dropped, including the really heavy ones.
They piled fragile glass boxes at the bottom and crushed them with heavy on top.

Jonathan and Chris arrived right on time and loaded up my furniture carefully, promptly and courteously. They also brought shrink wrap which is expensive and was a big help. I would hire them again for sure!

Jason and Jonathan arrived 15 minutes early to scope the job. As it happened, we had trouble renting a ramp to access the container. We were supposed to get one that was 12 feet long in order to walk up 48 inches to the container deck. Turned out none were available. I had to rent 8 foot tamps instead. That made the climb very steep. They simply said they would do their best. And they did. It took an extra hour and a half to load but they did a great job. We had a couple really heavy pieces which they were really careful and we had some of the usual items like a bed and sofa and they were able to carefully lift them up into the container. They were able to load everything that we needed them to load, and they organized it really well. No complaints just hard work. They did a great job. I’d recommend them anytime.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We call the customer to verify the information provided within 24 hours. At that time we find out the details of the move in order to assist the customer in knowing the materials they will need to prevent scratches and scars. We also call our customers the day before the job in case they are faced with unforeseen changes that require time changes.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a crew that has moving techniques and customer service skills. We bring dollies and a tool kit that includes a drill. We are your personal movers.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Tell your Move Coordinator the details of your moving needs. Speed loaders reaches out to customers prior to move day to assist them with information that lessens the stress.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have experience with household, commercial, international, senior assisted communities and schools. We load/unload/pack/unpack trucks and containers. We move all kinds of pianos including grand and baby grand pianos. We also move gun safes. We are the movers that have Quality assurance managers that are here for logistical questions. We work with real estate brokers move out one customer and moving in the new home owners. We also assist in staging homes that are for sale

What training do you provide your crew members?
We only hire experienced crew members. We train our guys on what our providers require. Our policies require that crew members pad on all 6 sides of a piece of furniture. We take pictures as we load and unload. These pictures are evaluated as the move goes. If something is not done correctly the crew chief is called.
