Prentice and Mr. Gary were on time, friendly, and efficient workers. We had to dive in to our storage facility to find an important office box. The 10' X 15' unit is packed neatly, but every space is occupied all the way to the door. I pointed them to the general area where I believed the box to be located. The guys developed a strategy to create a path directly to the back corner where the box was. In less than an hour we had our box. They loaded some extra stuff in our Jeep for us to take home as well. Prentice and Mr. Gary re-packed the unit neatly taking advantage of the extra space left from the things we were taking home. I highly recommend Speed Loaders. Especially Prentice and Mr. Gary. A Couple of good guys. Thanks for the efficient, timely and professional work!

One of the movers tried to assemble a queen size bed alone which is impossible to do. It has a headboard ,footboard and rails. The bed is substantial and made of white oak. The dowels were broken in the rails and left in the holes.The mover didn’t say a word to us that this happened. We went to move the mattress and box spring on the frame and found the damage to the bed. Now working with the furniture company to receive replacement parts. It still is I assembled and my husband needs to carve out the broken dowels in the holes.
We had numerous dents and scratches in the walls from them hitting the walls with the furniture. They went over the time and we were hit with surge pricing from the company. The job should of only taken two hours. Be careful when hiring from this company and state that you will only pay for the 2 hours because you will be surprised with the bill at the end.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We call the customer to verify the information provided within 24 hours. At that time we find out the details of the move in order to assist the customer in knowing the materials they will need to prevent scratches and scars. We also call our customers the day before the job in case they are faced with unforeseen changes that require time changes.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a crew that has moving techniques and customer service skills. We bring dollies and a tool kit that includes a drill. We are your personal movers.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Tell your Move Coordinator the details of your moving needs. Speed loaders reaches out to customers prior to move day to assist them with information that lessens the stress.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have experience with household, commercial, international, senior assisted communities and schools. We load/unload/pack/unpack trucks and containers. We move all kinds of pianos including grand and baby grand pianos. We also move gun safes. We are the movers that have Quality assurance managers that are here for logistical questions. We work with real estate brokers move out one customer and moving in the new home owners. We also assist in staging homes that are for sale

What training do you provide your crew members?
We only hire experienced crew members. We train our guys on what our providers require. Our policies require that crew members pad on all 6 sides of a piece of furniture. We take pictures as we load and unload. These pictures are evaluated as the move goes. If something is not done correctly the crew chief is called.
