Excellent communication prior to the job, making sure that all needs were met. I had everything ready for them to pack and they got the house garage and shed packed in 4 hours. The truck was well utilized and no damage due to the packers.They worked hard and knew what to do to keep the house and items in it safe. Would use again for sure.

Realized after just a few items loaded into truck that I needed a larger truck. Stayed calm and found out that one was available. Exchanged trucks & the guys efficiently continued loading. I had a move with Moving Made Smooth this past weekend. Graham and Jake were the nicest guys you could ever meet - respectful, courteous, and HARD WORKING. They walked in and immediately started loading boxes- they kept me updated on the amount of time I had used/had remaining. They were on time, ready to go and I feel really went above and beyond in getting the job done, and done well! I had to ask him to move my bed a few inches - "no problem" was his quick response. Nothing was an issue! I would definitely use them again and not only will I recommend them, I already have!!!

They did an excellent job. They planned to load the pod and did it so all cartons had a place and the most fragile of cartons were treated with extreme care. The loading was very efficient as they were always working and did not waste time. There were no issues and we gave both of them tips since their work was so good.
We will hire them to load our second pod. We are so pleased with them.

Great performance in all aspects. Excellent communication before, during and after the job. We showed up 3 hours early to the location, and the company was happy to accommodate the earlier start time. The 2 movers were very friendly and did a superb job. The job was bigger than originally planned, but the movers were able to stay late, and the overage charge was very reasonable. Will definitely plan on using Moving Made Smooth again. Thanks guys!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will contact you and go over all details of your move. Then a few days before your actual move we will contact you again to confirm all details. Our office staff is always available for you to contact with any questions or changes you may need.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our professional team will arrive on time and in uniform. We will have all the equipment needed including shrink wrap, dollies, floor protection, door and door jam protection, moving blankets, shoulder straps and hand tools. The team will arrive with a smile on there face and the know how to accomplish any situation in a timely manner.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Anything that the customer does to prepare for the move will save them time and money.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Moving is a very stressful time for our customers. It is our pleasure to see the customer take a deep breath and relax knowing that our teams know what there doing. Our main priority is making sure your belongings arrive safely!
