Granted this move was complicated and large. I walked them through what I needed moved and they told me it would not all fit in the 26' truck. That was ok, but I told them the "must Haves". One guy spent at least 30 minutes of the first hour on the phone. Then he stayed in the truck "stacking" while the other guy carried. That was fine, but it was for low priority things. They were scrambling at the end after 7 hours. The high priority items were not on the truck. They are to unload and rearrange to get a high priority item on the truck, which costs me more. Things that didn't make it on the truck included a TV, which they helped me box up. I have half a desk in Nebraska and half in Florida. I have half a bed frame the same way. It is a mess and was billed for an entire day.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will contact you and go over all details of your move. Then a few days before your actual move we will contact you again to confirm all details. Our office staff is always available for you to contact with any questions or changes you may need.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our professional team will arrive on time and in uniform. We will have all the equipment needed including shrink wrap, dollies, floor protection, door and door jam protection, moving blankets, shoulder straps and hand tools. The team will arrive with a smile on there face and the know how to accomplish any situation in a timely manner.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Anything that the customer does to prepare for the move will save them time and money.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Moving is a very stressful time for our customers. It is our pleasure to see the customer take a deep breath and relax knowing that our teams know what there doing. Our main priority is making sure your belongings arrive safely!
