I chose this company because of the good reviews but I have nothing good to say about this experience! The movers were very slow to get going, seemed confused about how to pack a moving crate and one was on his phone several times during his job. I was so stressed watching them, i ended up helping them move boxes because 2 hours had passed by and hardly anything had been done. After everything was done, it took them 3.5 hours to move a 2 bedroom apartment, oh and when I unpacked my stuff, my mom’s headboard and footboard were broken. I actually want some of my money back for that, but the owner himself just told me to write a bad review, real professional. Whatever, I know most moving companies suck, but this was pathetic.

I thought the two helpers hired were great, I had a 26’ Penske truck and we unloaded it in less than 3 hours, the guys worked very hard and fast, nothing was damaged, I would definitely hire these guys again if I ever movef

Smooth Moves was good to work with. When the original crew could not come at the scheduled time, another crew was assigned to my job. They were very good at packing our storage unit. I would definitely use them again.

I gave them furniture covers but when i got to destination nothing was covered and i have a ton of damage. The covers were tucked in a corner. I will never use them again

I had asked that Matt come over to see if I had gotten a big enough truck for all of my things. Did not come and found that I didn't have enough room for all of my furniture. They were on time - worked hard - I would not use them again. Nice enough but would have appreciate Matt coming over so all of my furniture could have made it.
