Jordan and the other person that helped him worked very hard on a 90 degree day. They moved items off of a moving truck into two storage units. We only wish that HIre-a-Helper would train the guys how to pack furniture. We would have liked it packed tighter and higher. Had to give them a lot of suggestions and I'm not good at it figuring it out. This was a problem we had in Seattle, WA with another HaHelper company that loaded a POD for us. I'm not sure Smooth Moves should be any more Elite than others in the Omaha area

The two gentlemen who helped me move did a great job. I lived on the third floor and had a small truck; thus, it took many trips up an down the stairs as well as multiple trips to the drop off location. They never complained.
