Due to the typical traffic issues, they arrived a bit later then scheduled. However, Steve and Ray got right to work and finished the job excellently. I am very happy with their effort and expertise. They performed beyond my expectations. I would absolutely hire them again.

Moving day went super well thanks to the Steve and his helper! They arrived on time and went above and beyond what I expected from movers. They put my bed frame together better than it has ever been! I appreciate their help and eye for safety of my furniture. Highly recommend!!

They were over 6 hours late for the scheduled time. They didn't finish. 1 helper took a 2 hour break to study. They said they would be back in the morning. They never showed. Tried calling them for days, no response. They finally responded days later to get the rest of the belongs. They have tried to charge us more than double what was negotiated with Hire a helper, for extra hours. If they would have shown up and not been so tired they would have completed the job. Horrible service. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

They worked hard, quickly, carefully, professionally. I would use them again. This was a hard move with narrow turning outside stairs. They did a great job.

My arrival time for the movers was between 8am and 9am.by 9:05am I was already getting stressed out that this was a no show. I called Pack Rat and they got in touch with Stephen. He called me to let me know they were on their way - just running late. Also, one of the movers called me to let me know they were coming. BIG Relief!! Always hear those horror stories of no show movers. Ryan and Ray showed up at 10:00am, they went right to work. Packed my whole storage pod including the light stuff. What a nice job. They were so nice and careful with our stuff. Took extra measures to make sure everything was secure in the pod. Really nice guys! Thank you Tri County Movers! I will recommend you. In fact, I already have!

After leaving two messages I had to hire someone else when they didn’t show. I eventually got a call saying he had been in a car accident the day before and that he sent two guys to move me, but said he didn’t give them my address. I am truly sorry about the accident, but some sort of communication to me would have made all the difference.

They were professional and handled all our furniture and piano with care. They worked diligently, swiftly and at the end of it all saved our family money. Honesty is rare these days with approximating move times, so I was pleasantly surprised by their ability to not want to go slow or overcharge us! An experience I did not have with my movers that helped load in my former home in Texas.
