They called when to give their ETA which was helpful. They are hard workers who listened to our concerns and treated our belongings respectfully.

A little late on time but they were ready for the job, they worked very hard, respectful of my house and items they loaded into the container and used all the space, called for three men for three hours went over 1 hour due to how much they loaded, Steve knows how to load items, I would use them again.

Very nice moving staff. They did a great job unloading our pod. Three movers showed up, as contracted. They worked very fast. We booked them for four hours, but they were able to unload our pod in just a couple of hours. Highly recommended. Excellent communication as well.

An unforeseen tire problem kept the two gentlemen from arriving at my house on the scheduled time. They promptly alerted me of that problem, profusely apologized and gave me a good estimate of their revised arrival time, Their professionalism in removing my belongings from the PODS container was immediately apparent. They used great care and were easy to deal with. Their respect for the customer and their furniture was top priority and we greatly appreciate their efforts.

Were a little late, but called and notified me of why! Very efficient packers, careful and cautious about fragile items. Everything packed tight and blanket on items that could get scratched or marred. Very pleased and plan on using the service again for second PODS.

1.) The men did not arrive at the arranged time, however I was contacted by phone and made aware that one of the men was having car problems, and again when they were on the road and headed to my location. Both men arrived ready to work, and were careful with my personal belongings. From start to finish both men communicated what they were doing and applied some order to loading the POD. I would definitely use this team again.

They worked real hard and were nice, but there were a couple of issues that occurred that probably will cause me to use someone else next time. At times there appeared to be a communication issue among them. A dent/hole was put in my drywall as they were bringing my headboard up the stairs. A piece of molding on the side of my armoire was also broken off but luckily it's on side facing the wall so won't be in plain sight. Lastly on a personal issue, one of them showed up in a Trump Make America Great Shirt. It might be a good idea that one doesn't show up in a political shirt no matter what side you're on. You never know who your customer is and it can be quite offensive based on their political beliefs.
