Hired two helpers. First great communication from the owner to alleviate any worry that they would show up. Workers texted when they were on their way and arrived early in the window set. We ended up needing all 26 feet of the UHaul and that was only possible as they packed it really well.
Halfway through loading more workers showed up to help and the unload at property was super fast and well done.

Would not recommend. I hired 2 movers for 2 hours and only received one! One! It is almost impossible to move furniture (from a third floor apartment) with one helper! The helper who came, John, worked very hard for us. And although I really appreciate the physical efforts he put in, because there was one mover, we now have several pieces of broken, scraped and scratched furniture, which no one let us know about! I watched him drop one of the pieces of furniture and break it, and when I confronted him, he denied it. Because John worked so hard for us, I almost let it go. But the amount of broken furniture is absolutely unacceptable! To send one helper, is ridiculous, and I would have rather cancelled the service and gone with someone else.

Horrible service, they arrived late and stayed two hours late, they didn’t know how fit my furniture in the pod. They left the most important part of bed in my garage which was the bed to my master room…they said they would come back to fit in my pod but they NEVER showed up… I am very dissatisfied either them now I have purchase a whole new bed because I have no where to put the bed frame that they didn’t know how to take apart and put in my pod. I will NEVER use this company again and they are very unprofessional. Save your money and get a company that will do the job right!!!
