This is a Husband-and-Wife team that take breaks during the move. They also stopped at 7-11 for coffee and to use the bathroom and counted the time towards me. Sent him a text message which showed delivered and read on my phone, but he claims he never received it. We finished seven minutes over our time, and he said he would not charge us as if he was entitled to charge me for his stop at 7-11.
Nice guy and I would use them again, but I would supervise the time management a little more closely.

We had hired another group of people to unload our moving truck but they didn’t show up! We found hireahelper.com and they came out within an hour! The guys did a great job and worked really hard and fast! We will definitely use them again!

Michael and Carla are very professional, efficient and experienced. They did a great job fitting my stuff in a pod container in a safe manner. 10/10 would hire them again.

2 stars because they helped move some heavy items. However they left deep scratches on our floors, ripped a number of furniture tarps wrapping the furniture. They didn't bring basic hand tools for dismantling furniture (ie no Allen wrench). They lacked experience packing a truck, and items werent weight balanced. They didn't treat items with care. One of the workers complained repeatedly about the job, and was smoking on property while working and without asking permission. I would not hire them again.

They arrived an hour and a half late and provided no explanation or apologies for their tardiness. They did move all the stuff pretty quickly and efficiently and even though some items were damaged, my biggest complaint is the lack of professionalism. It left a very bad taste in my mouth. Probably would not use this service again.

The High Five Team were excellent! They let us know when they were about 20 minutes away and they were on time. They were prepared, they worked hard, they worked quickly, and they respected our stuff. Furthermore, they were pleasant! We would definitely use them again!
