Showed up on time. Did not stack to the top of the truck. One worker CJ worked very hard and was very friendly. I would use him again only! The other worker stayed in the truck and was seen drinking by someone else and I was told later about it. Unloading we discovered expensive items scratched up and not properly cushioned and supported. I even provided rope for him to secure our stuff. It is unfortunate because we had to use them as we needed loading that day. The owner told me he would come but he did not apparently at another job per the truck guy. They were not prepared to move us in the time frame agreed upon. We are older with disabilities and I would not use them again. I had to get involved and ask other disabled family members to help or we would still be loading. I really found out how bad the loading job was when we started unloading with another crew. Very unfortunate with drinking on the job by one of the employees! He kept his face covered I guess to hide the smell. I left a tip but I wish I had not for the loader and only for CJ. I would not recommend them to anyone in the area. Do not use unless the owner and CJ come! Otherwise you will be cheated.

Although I rated the “Service was okay”….. I really was disappointed that one of the guys (CJ, I believe his name was),
Moved several boxes CLEARLY MARKED BY ROOM to my Master Closet instead of in the garage he had to walk thru AND they were marked for the garage!!!. I’m a 78 yr. Old woman who needed help I could count on so I didn’t have to RE-LIFT things to another part of my house or garage. These guys left in an hour, but got paid for 2 hours PLUS didn’t unpack a 48” round glass top that went on a dining table base either. I actually made the mistake of tipping them $20.00 Each and they were gone in a flash before I realized the problems I was left to physically find a way to resolve and that they were paid to help with. Very disappointed & would NOT recommend or use again.

I also just talked to cj 12/12/2023 8:58 am he say you told him to put boxes in master also that your son was at the house too putting your bed together that you was outside when you tipped also tipping mean that you did a awesome job that is his side of what happen

My problem was not with the help that was sent but that the estimated time/charges were grossly overestimated and we were not given a refund for the time not used over the 2-hour minimum. The company estimated 3 hours, charged us for 3 hours and even though the packing only took an hour and 10 minutes, refused to refund the unnecessary time over the minimum. My suggestion is to sign up for the minimum and pay for more as needed.

This was a second hiring for my second storage pod. The movers showed up on time, were very polite, placed things exactly where I wanted them and helped with assembly of furniture. Definitely recommended.
