CJ and Isiah did a great job unloading the containers from my move. They took their time and were careful with my things. Nothing damaged or broken during the unloading process. I don’t think they rushed at all, and they were very respectful.

On time. Hard-working and clever: I had heavy and good odd-shaped furniture, a too-small service elevator, a long narrow walk with arches to get through, and a poorly angled front door. Cjayy and Zay found ways and strength (in the hot sun) to finish the job. It took additional time, but that’s just how long it took because these two young men worked nonstop. They were careful with the walls and furniture the entire time. And they discovered a piece of glass that I didn’t realize came unattached; it would have been an expensive disaster for me if they weren’t so observant and protective. They were considerate and pleasant, polite and patient. Also, Kenny is quick to reply to questions. His communication proactive and supportive; eliminates worry. I’m so grateful for a trouble free, even enjoyable moving experience. Thank you, Gentlemen!

They were fast and courteous. They stayed on task and didn’t try to “milk” their time here. I will definitely be asking for them again when I am ready to have the Pod unloaded.

They were told three times to put the washer, dryer, and chest freezer on last. They did not do that and then told him my uncle that they did not appreciate the way that he was talking to them. They said do you think we're stupid? My comment is evidently they were because they couldn't follow instructions! I would not hire these people ever again.
