They were there a few minutes before the agreed-upon time, and they were done incredibly fast. It took them 30 minutes to unload the storage Pod and another 30 to assemble my bed and entertainment center. They worked quickly and efficiently, and they pointed out any damage the furniture had sustained in storage. They went above and beyond with their help. I would definitely use them again, and I recommend their services.

Chaz & Crew were prompt, professional, prepared and through. They arrived right on time with their own hand-trucks and dollies and emptied the contents of a 10 x 10 x 8, floor to ceiling packed storage locker plus a few large pieces from another locker into a 10 x 15 POD. The load was properly distributed in the POD and packed to prevent the load from shifting, without the need for tying the load down. They completed the job in the 2 hour time frame requested and were polite and friendly throughout.
I would recommend Chaz & Crew to anyone for any type of local move or help loading or unloading.

Chaz & Crew helped me load my home into a Pod. Chaz called to introduce himself and again to confirm the night before. The day of the move, his team were right on time, in fact they were a bit early.
They worked their butts off! My belongings were handled respectfully and everything was stowed in the Pod with great care. My husband even said, "They are doing it exactly as I would do it!"
Having worked with Chaz & Crew, we plan on asking them to help us empty the Pod into our new home.
They did a great job and I absolutely recommend them.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our service is designed to help you move your items while saving you lots of money. You supply the truck and pack up your boxes while We do all the heavy lifting. We'll professionally load & unload including any assembly or disassembly. We bring tools, dollies and moving blankets. We ALWAYS show up and work hard.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.

At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly. We hear a lot of horror stories about other movers from our customers, so it's always exciting when, once the move has been completed, our customers tell us "this went better than I could have hoped!"
