These guys were on time, prepared, worked incredibly hard, and were respectful of my property. Furthermore they communicated well with me and between themselves resulting in well coordinated execution. This was by far the largest of my moves (4 bedroom house with basement). I had a large inventory and heavy furniture. I will call them the next time.

My movers were not able to come as scheduled. Called hireahelper at 4:00 PM and had Chaz and Crew at 6:30 PM. They were professional, quick, careful and considerate. They came despite the bad weather and handled all the stuff very carefully. Helped me place boxes and items where we wanted them. I would most certainly recommend them.

Just as all the reviews noted, I "hired" two movers and four showed up! Hank and his crew were professional, polite, and considerate of my home and belongings. I cannot believe how they were able to get almost all of my things (I under-estimated what I all had) into the POD. If they'll drive to Jersey, I'll book them to unload me!

Chris is great and courteous crew chief who meticulously walks through your valuable possession and orchestrates crew to move you with confidence and care. Rare combination of very competitive rate with very high quality job. Chaz and Crew outstanding choice. If they were a public stock, i would buy it and recommend to all my friends.

They were flexible with the time since i didn't know when my POD was being delivered. When it was i called and they showed up 30 min later. Very sweet and professional guys. they were lightning fast and very careful with my stuff. I would definitely use them again!!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our service is designed to help you move your items while saving you lots of money. You supply the truck and pack up your boxes while We do all the heavy lifting. What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly. We hear a lot of horror stories about other movers from our customers, so it's always exciting when, once the move has been completed, our customers tell us "this went better than I could have hoped!"
