I recently hired Chaz & Crew to load a POD with the contents of our home for a long-distance move. They were on time, worked efficiently to complete the job in less time than I expected, and were great to work with. They asked questions to make sure they were loading everything we wanted to take them to load, and they fit everything we needed into the POD in an orderly way. They made the move so much easier. I would definitely use them again. Wish they could be at the other end to help us unload!

We had Chaz & Crew move household items from a basement to three storage pods. Chaz & crew was prompt, skilled, competent, and professional. They filled the pods so professionally that I'm sure all will move without any breakage at all. They did exactly what we asked, and were quite flexible to our odd needs for marking and final packing of the boxes. Worked hard and steady in heat and tight conditions. They were respectful of us and our property, and they exercised care that I probably could not have ever done myself, even if I could have done the move. We could not have done it without them. I'd recommend them to anyone, and I'd certianly ask for them again if I had a similar need.

I was very impressed with the work done by Chaz and Crew, I will definitely hire them the next time I move. They were very professional and did the job very quickly and carefully.

If you're looking for professional gentlemen to help with your move, stop looking; you've found them. Chaz and Crew arrived well prepared 10 minutes earlier than their promised time. They had moved several homes prior to mine, and two more were scheduled before their day would end. Nonetheless, you would have thought our home was their first and last of the day. They were very enthusiastic, pleasant, hardworking, and respectful of our belongings. In fact, they took extra time and care to pack the truck as if each piece were fine china. We think very highly of Chaz and Crew as well as hireahelper itself. We plan to use them for Part Ii of our move in several weeks, and we highly recommend them. Thanks a million, Chaz and Crew!

Chaz & Crew were excellent. I would recommend them to anyone. They showed up on time, were very professional and courteous, and made the move very stress free. They loaded the POD with ease, packed it so that nothing will move or shift during transit and were very efficient. They even helped me load and pack the UHaul I got for our extra stuff that did not fit in the POD. This was over and above what I asked them to do and was very appreciated. I would give them 5 stars and recommend them to anyone who asked! Great job Chaz & Crew. Thank you!!!

Chaz & Crew were hired to help with a move of various equipment and furniture, They did an excellent job. They were fast, neat, skilled, strong, and hard working They treated my property well. It was helpful to give them more information about any unusual items so that they could be treated appropriately. They extended their original contract to quite late and came back the following day too. I would have been in quite a fix without them
All in-all I was very satisfied and would definitely rehire them for another job. Thank you Chaz and Crew!

Polite, courteous crew BUT damages occurred. If you are going to hire Chaz & Crew, please be aware you must show them how to pack your truck (or get separate insurance).
I hired them to pack a three bedroom house into my pre-positioned truck. All of my items were already to go (boxed, etc.). I provided the crew moving blankets and professional tie-down straps to secure the load in "phases" throughout the truck. They used the blankets BUT not one tie-down strap. I think it was due to a lack of experience on the proper way to secure loads.
I arrived at my destination, opened the truck, and everything had shifted significantly to the rear. I sustained approx. $2K in damages. As you can imagine, I was disappointed and surprised that nothing (furniture) was arranged inside the truck properly.
On a final note, Hire a Helper reimbursed me their standard coverage and fee and apologized.
Live and learn I guess.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our service is designed to help you move your items while saving you lots of money. You supply the truck and pack up your boxes while We do all the heavy lifting. What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly. We hear a lot of horror stories about other movers from our customers, so it's always exciting when, once the move has been completed, our customers tell us "this went better than I could have hoped!"
