I have never had such an easy and pleasant move! I needed help loading my 1 bed apt into the pod and this company had excellent reviews. But still I was skeptical. In the past I’ve had movers refuse to take items upstairs and put the beds back together. Also I’ve had them forget to deliver items. And overall with angry attitudes. NOT with these lovely people! I called ahead and asked if they would be able to help put the mattress bag on, disassemble the bed frame, and remove my mirror from my dresser. They said no problem, we’re here for 2 hours! On the day of they were friendly and positive and no complaints about my heavy book filled boxes or wood cabinets! They packed that pod perfectly, like Tetris experts. I recommend them so highly, I’ve never had such a great experience moving

Amazing group of 3 came to help us move! They were friendly and professional. I let them know what items to move into the truck and they came up with a plan themselves. I was very hands off. Their ability and strength really made the process smooth and quick. Super friendly people who are working in the background to not disturb you but at the same time getting the job done efficiently and effectively. Heavy items meant nothing to them as they moved every item with (what seemed to be) ease. I didn’t need to intervene or tell them their doing anything wrong due to their experience and care. Would highly recommend because this is the crew that’ll get the job done, no questions asked, efficiently and effectively.

I had provided shrink wrap for big pieces of shrink wrap cost me a lot of money when they came in I S more than eight or nine times for them to shrink wrap my handmade furniture in the bedroom my boxsprings my bedroom boxspring is on a mechanical bed what is around it is memory foam which is irreplaceable you can’t replace it it is torn tattered and ruined it is stained it is black because they didn’t wrap it They didn’t put a blanket they just set my brand new beautiful bed on the dirty filthy truck for my living room cream colored brand new a few months old sectional the ends are all torn black and stained the top of my bureau‘s are scratched my kitchen table which is glass which I asked him to wrap I even told him I tried to wrap it and couldn’t do it they said you don’t need to wrap it it’s all scratched I’m not happy and I want to a call back as soon as possible

They borrowed a kitchen knife from my wife and cut all my tie downs with it . They scratched my new floors and made scratches and holes in my walls. Never again!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our service is designed to help you move your items while saving you lots of money. You supply the truck and pack up your boxes while We do all the heavy lifting. We'll professionally load & unload including any assembly or disassembly. We bring tools, dollies and moving blankets. We ALWAYS show up and work hard.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.

At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly. We hear a lot of horror stories about other movers from our customers, so it's always exciting when, once the move has been completed, our customers tell us "this went better than I could have hoped!"
