Chaz and Crew were on time. They took care with furniture and boxes. They never stopped moving. The move was quick yet thorough and well packed in the pod. Chaz and crew are professional and friendly. Highly recommend them.

The guys were nice and happy to have them help but they did show up a half hour late day in the morning. They showed not knowing if it was a load or unload, they showed up with no packing blankets AND without a dolly. A moving company didn’t break a dolly?? They were asking us to contact our apartment for carts to move our boxes. They seemed to take their sweet time for the first hour since they didn’t even have the proper moving supplies. The only positive thing is the owner. Jay was amazing to work with and he’s super friendly and worked with us on our schedule but the actual movers dropped this company to 3 stars.

Jalen and crew arrived within the stated time and began moving our belongings immediately. They were courteous, professional and efficient (really knew how to pack a storage container), all while dealing with record heat the day of the move. What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our service is designed to help you move your items while saving you lots of money. You supply the truck and pack up your boxes while We do all the heavy lifting. We'll professionally load & unload including any assembly or disassembly. We bring tools, dollies and moving blankets. We ALWAYS show up and work hard.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly. We hear a lot of horror stories about other movers from our customers, so it's always exciting when, once the move has been completed, our customers tell us "this went better than I could have hoped!"
