Moves are stressful, and while my better half and I did a lot of prep, there was 2 large truck loads to have loaded, including some very very heavy furniture and work out equipment.
The team that Chaz sent over was fantastic, working fast, moving things in a respectful way, and solving complex spatial problems that comes with moving things that were together in place years ago.
Both trucks were loaded to the gills and the jigsaw puzzle the team did to for it all in was nothing less than amazing.
I highly recommend this team, already planning on using them a few days from now on the unload.

The guys did a great job. Showed up on time and unloaded both my 16' POD and 10' Uhaul in under the 2 hours I requested. Would definitely use them again.

Late. On unload I was telling them where to take things. Now it is hide and seek, laser printer (in factory box) told to put in the office, found it burried under a dozen other boxes in the garrage. Many other examples. Heavy dresser and bureau left in middle of room and NOT reassembled (they had disassembled).
I have health issues no way I could run in and out and up the stairs to check on everything (placement and proper assembly). I would not hire again. Recommend checking on placement and assembly before letting them go. I actually tipped them $120. What I know now it would have been zero.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly. We hear a lot of horror stories about other movers from our customers, so it's always exciting when, once the move has been completed, our customers tell us "this went better than I could have hoped!"
