Great job fitting everything into my tiny storage unit, which was an incredible feat. Everything arrived undamaged from my major cross-country trip (even though the TV box was under the couch... make sure you pad well!). The only drawback was scheduling. The company schedules moves in close succession ass far as Philly and upstate New York, so my team was over an hour late. They made up for it with speed on the job, but it was still stressful.

Chaz & Crew's movers arrived at the time scheduled and immediately got to work. They reviewed everything that we requested to be loaded, carefully wrapped fragile items with moving pads and plastic wrap, and methodically loaded our rental truck. They properly secured all items, and everything arrived at our destination without issue. I would use Chaz & Crew again without reservation.

Very good crew. Original crew of two men was reassigned so I ended up working with a four-man crew. They showed up on time were polite, professional, hard-working, and organized. Only issue was they put one of our dish pack boxes (labeled as fragile and with arrows pointing up) on its side. But when I asked them to fix it they did so quickly. I would recommend them.

I was pretty skeptical about hiring helpers. I had heard plenty of horror stories about things being broken/dropped, walls being dented and scraped, and movers who were lazy and slow. Thankfully, my experience with Chaz and Crew was WONDERFUL!! They were prompt, polite, quick and professional. They treated my things with care and were patient when I asked them to move furniture around. I would definitely use them again!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.

At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly. We hear a lot of horror stories about other movers from our customers, so it's always exciting when, once the move has been completed, our customers tell us "this went better than I could have hoped!"
