Excellent experience. They were running late but called to advise me. All of the men were courteous, hard working and respectful. They knew just what to do and appeared to cut no corners. I would definitely use them again.

I was extremely happy with Chaz & Crew. They arrived within the promised time frame and after introductions got right to work. They were very personable and professional. I hired them to move large, heavy items into our newly-finished attic and to build two shelving units I had purchased. Access to the attic is tricky - it's around a tight corner - that's why I wanted real movers who knew what they were doing. They got the sofa and the 61" TV (and other things) up there, no problem. They built the shelves as well, a very successful morning in my opinion, I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

My mother and best friend supervised the unpacking of the pod and furniture placement. These are two demanding women and they raved about these men; how hard they worked, did everything they were asked to do perfectly and with great good humor. These two are so hard to please, and they couldn't say enough great things about the job they did.

The gentlemen were very courteous and helpful. They were on time even though we had a last minute change in moving day. Chaz and crew did a great job unloading all three of our pods and even helped us reassemble our beds. I would highly recommend Chaz and crew to anyone moving in the area. These guys showed up ready and willing to work. They had to load a 6 bedroom three floor house into pods. The pods were packed with ultimate precision and no space was left empty. When we ran out of room, and I had to get an emergency pod delivered; they went and did another job, then returned at 5 (when everyone else was going home) and finished the task! They are going to return to move us in when our new home is ready and I know they are up to the task. I would recommend them to anyone.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our service is designed to help you move your items while saving you lots of money. You supply the truck and pack up your boxes while We do all the heavy lifting. We'll professionally load & unload including any assembly or disassembly. We bring tools, dollies and moving blankets. We ALWAYS show up and work hard.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly. We hear a lot of horror stories about other movers from our customers, so it's always exciting when, once the move has been completed, our customers tell us "this went better than I could have hoped!"
