We had a wonderful experience using Chaz & Crew. First, let me say that it was very short notice on our part, we called on Wednesday for service that Saturday. Chaz & Crew were very accommodating and accepted the job. They were right on time, professional and super efficient. We had our items packed and stored in a container. These gentlemen packed it with finess and care while amazingly utilizing every inch of the container...NO WASTED space. I have a couple of very large and heavy pieces of furniture in a second floor apartment. They maneuvered my pieces over railings and down steps. Chaz & Crew will be my choice in the future as well as my recommendation to anyone looking for a job well done.

I'm impressed. What a great crew! Chaz and his crew arrived five minutes before the scheduled time. They had everything needed to complete the move. They took a quick look at what had to be done and immediately started moving things out. They didn't stop. They even sent a fourth worker even though I requested three, which made them able to complete the job in the time I booked which saved me another hour of booking time. They were polite and extremely careful with everything. I would most definitely use them again. Thank you so much, Chaz and your crew. Great job!

They were very polite, helpful & did a good job. I would recommend all three of them. They suggested the best way to store the furniture in the cage provided by Zippy. They zip wrapped the mattress well. Thank you guys for a job well done.

The BEST! Absolutely the best! Hard working, fast, efficient crew; very professional in all respects. The move (over a 33 hour drive in snow and ice) was a nightmare. Chaz and Crew were the light at the end of the tunnel. I will certainly use them again and will recommend them to anyone and everyone. And thank you HireAHelper for having them on your list.

Chaz & Crew were very friendly and loaded our whole house into 2 PACK RAT containers in about 4 hours. They were great to work with and I highly recommended them. I was especially impressed with the care they put into handling our goods and how well the containers were packed.

The crew was on time for the job, they had all the necessary equipment handtrucks, dollies etc. They worked hard from the time they arrived until they finished, no loafing or hiding or sitting down for smoke breaks. They were nice guys and very pleasant, there was no joking around they just asked what I needed and I told them and they jumped right in, and yes I would use them again and also recommend them to others

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our service is designed to help you move your items while saving you lots of money. You supply the truck and pack up your boxes while We do all the heavy lifting. We'll professionally load & unload including any assembly or disassembly. We bring tools, dollies and moving blankets. We ALWAYS show up and work hard.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly. We hear a lot of horror stories about other movers from our customers, so it's always exciting when, once the move has been completed, our customers tell us "this went better than I could have hoped!"
