They were 2 hours late and told me I’d get 15% off. I didn’t get any compensation for waiting on them. Otherwise, they did a good job. I’ve used this company before and they really let me down. Had I been 2 hours late my entire reservation would’ve been cancelled. I would seriously like to get this resolved.
