Two charlatans and hustlers. Pulled " we were only hired for one container to load, not two" BS. Extorted an additional $200.00 out of me to help with the second, even though they were still within their two hour time frame. Stood me up the following day when I needed additional help, would not answer phone or text to say whether they were coming or not, leaving me in a terrible bind. Avoid these two con men at any cost. I also witnessed one of these two clowns drop my $1,100 gas grill deliberately on the steps, breaking the irreplaceable base. Much of the furniture was not wrapped with blankets despite the availability of dozens of extra blankets and wrapping bands. Virtually all of my furniture has damage.
You where upset because we didn’t have the availability for you the next day we loaded the first pod an it took two hours we informed you for us to continue working for another hour you have to pay an you paid you also wanted us to come back the next day 40 miles for 1 hour I informed you that you have to pay a minimum of two hours. Lastly you had house hold blankets that was used also was informed you needed moving blankets for better Protection every blanket you provide was used I also ratchet strapped the load down as well showed you every two to four feet while loading your upset that we did not return the next day. Because we did such a void job we’ve above and beyond I’m going to give you a refund it’s not about the money with this company I take prude in my business an next size you can’t get your way now you making false claims
If you so called saw the grill broke why wait until the unload to speak on it months later we don’t know if you did it or the i loaders but to resolve this you can have your money back
You said we stood you up we stayed a hour helping arrange a pod drop off to load the rest of your belongings I was also willing to drive from Philadelphia to Delaware to pick you up a trailer from U-Haul I provided every resource to help you move the rest of your belongings. I don’t mind your review but the babe calling is way disrespectful an we did no wrong to you for you to be sabotaging and slander our business
